Will they work well as TV/home theater speakers?

Yes, but these Edifier speakers are mainly designed as computer speakers. 

Are these speakers bluetooth?

No.

Why can't I hear any sound from these speakers?

1) Check if the power indicator light is ON. 2) Try to turn up the volume using either the master volume control or remote control. 3) Ensure the audio cables are firmly connected and the input is set correctly on the speakers. 4) Check if there is a signal output from the audio source.

Why doesn't my R1280T turn on?

Check if the main power is connected, or if the wall outlet is switched on.
